Form requests are stored for business inquiries. When email is configured, a notification containing the submitted details is sent to Circuvia through Resend. This service supports inquiries and does not automatically subscribe visitors to advertising.

Business enquiries

The form records your name, company, email, subject, context and any optional fields you complete. This information enables us to assess your needs, respond and prepare pre-contractual steps you request. The form does not enrol you in marketing campaigns.

The record is stored in the site's hosting and database infrastructure, with restricted management access. Do not send passwords, sensitive data or information about third parties. The reference number confirms submission; it does not confirm a contract or indicate that an email has been sent.

Aggregate measurement

The site counts page views, contact starts, submitted requests, email clicks, downloads and calculator use by day, page and general source channel. These counters do not use advertising cookies or a persistent visitor identifier. They do not represent unique visitors. The general source channel may be retained in the browser during the tab session to relate browsing to the request, without a unique visitor identifier. Browser signals expressing a preference not to be tracked disable these navigation counters and retention of the channel in the tab.

Calculator values remain in the browser and are not sent for measurement. Content entered in the form is sent only when you request its submission. The hosting service may process technical logs needed for security and operation.

Security and retention

To limit abuse, the network address is transformed into a temporary identifier using a secret and a time period, without storing the original address in this control. Rate-limiting records expire within one hour; the hosting infrastructure maintains its own technical logging practices.

New requests or requests closed without further activity are removed after 180 days without an update during the system's processing routines. Information under negotiation or in a contractual relationship is retained according to service needs and applicable obligations. Aggregate counters are retained for up to 365 days.

Sharing and documents

Infrastructure providers process data to operate the site. Project information should only be shared with operators and specialists to the extent needed to handle the request and under appropriate confidentiality conditions. The site does not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request information about processing, access, correction and deletion, subject to applicable legal conditions. To protect data, we may need to confirm your identity before fulfilling a request.
