What we do

Circuvia's intermediation connects asset and material holders, buyers, converters and service providers. The work may combine demand qualification, counterparty searches, negotiation and monitoring, according to the agreed mandate and remuneration.

Scope and deliverables

Supply and demand with acceptance criteria.

Qualified demand and supply

Specification, volume, recurrence, location, ownership and commercial restrictions.

Compatible counterparties

Mapping and contacting participants whose capabilities and interests fit the opportunity.

Structured negotiation

Price, validity, taxes, freight, payment, quality, discrepancies and responsibilities.

Operation monitoring

Samples, approvals, scheduling and reconciliation of the contracted commercial event.

Situations that create an opportunity.
  • Available material without access to a suitable buyer.
  • A buyer with specifications that current supply does not meet.
  • A supplier seeking to develop opportunities in the Brazilian market.
  • A negotiation dependent on samples, tests, logistics and acceptance conditions.
An introduction opens the conversation. The commercial arrangement enables delivery.

An important decision

The quality offered must match what will be received. The contract distinguishes who owns the material, who assumes transport and risk, who pays remuneration and which event triggers the charge. In international projects, classification, foreign trade requirements and delivered cost are assessed before the operation.

Frequently asked questions

Before starting.

Is intermediation the same as purchasing and reselling?

No. In intermediation, Circuvia works on the relationship between counterparties. Purchasing and reselling involve acquisition, ownership and their own commercial risks, under specific contractual terms.

How is Circuvia remunerated?

There may be fees, commissions per eligible event or another agreed structure. The calculation basis, paying party, timeline and responsibilities are stated in the contract.

Can the work involve international suppliers?

Yes, where there is a fit with the Brazilian project and technical, commercial, logistics and regulatory feasibility. The analysis does not assume availability, exclusivity or import authorisation.
